There are several condominium communities in Orlando. What sets Cypress Woods apart? It is nestled in a natural mature setting unlike any other in middle of a bustling theme park destination.
In newer constructed communities, all of the units are replicas of each other. Not in Cypress Woods. There are several floor plans. Although the original listing documents states “constructed in 1973” more units, Pine Creek Drive, were added in 1983. There are one, two, and three bedroom units stretching across either single or two stories. Most units boast exposed wood, be it in the ceiling, dining, or master bedroom.
Surrounding and meandering around these unit are several lazy streams. There are several man made short water-features that help water movement. Dense native vegetation are allowed to grow in abundance creating privacy back walls, while front areas are immaculately kept.
There are two tennis courts, two pools and a clubhouse. The clubhouse is a two storied building with mature landscaped water feature entrance and a giant stone fireplace inside. The lower floor houses administrative office, maintenance work shop and a pool table. While the upstairs is a multi use open floor plan with kitchenette and bar facilities. This space can be rented at a nominal fee for parties and celebration. A pavilion connected to the clubhouse overlooks the tennis courts.
Most of the residents have owned here for several years. It is a quiet, peaceful, stress free community. The management company and Board of Directors are very efficient in handling community affairs.
Here is a community set away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. It is almost like being one with nature.
